"My Father's Tie", Travis, Oil On Canvas. It's currently 24" x 30", but I'm going to re-stretch it to be 22" x 27". Removing some of the bottom & area behind him will strengthen the compostition--The image here has been cropped to reflect that.
I've been getting up at 5:30 or so every morning to paint before getting ready for work. It's a lovely way to start the day, with music and a dark house (except the 3 lights on in the studio trying to pretend it's daylight).
